April’s Client of the Month: Alyssa D.
Working full time while raising her son and taking classes, Alyssa convinced herself that she’d work out on her own. “For a while I did, but my nutrition was still bad with fast food … I needed to make some changes,” Alyssa told us. After she sat down with a trainer, she decided that Sioux Falls personal training was her best option.

How She Does It
Alyssa learned a great deal from the trainers here. Nutritionally, she’s is focused on passing down good nutritional habits to her son, watching her macros, and portion control. She’s added Advocare products to her daily routine, and loves the results she’s gotten from Catalyst, MNS E, Meal Replacement Shakes, and Spark. She’s been a staple here since getting started.
