Complete Fitness and our members have participated in the Angel Tree program for the last few years, gradually taking more and more angels every year. This year we had the opportunity to make Christmas merrier for 80 local children, ranging from infants to 17 year olds. We were blown away by the response from our members who immediately took on the challenge and really made this project their own. Thanks to our members, staff, and a generous donation from Wal-Mart, we were able to provide gifts for every child on our list, as well as plenty of treats at our big Angel Tree party.
As the kids played and enjoyed cookies, gifts were distributed and it was truly a great reminder of what’s really important this holiday season. The smiles on these kids’ faces as they opened up their gifts made us even more proud to be a part of such a caring community. We’re looking forward to making our 2015 Angel Tree party just as special for these little Angels.
