Simple Chicken Avocado Burritos
If you’re ready to get outside and grill, these easy and fast burritos are going to be right up your alley. They’re simple, take a total of 20 minutes to prep, grill, and get on the table, and they’re filling. You may already have all the ingredients at home, too. Let us know how yours turn out! - 4 burrito sized tortillas, warmed
- 1 pound cooked chicken, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- Salsa to taste
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbls fresh cilantro, chopped
Once your chicken is cooked, wrap all your ingredients into four warmed tortillas; toss them on the grill for approximately five to ten minutes, and you’re all set. The entire meal takes twenty minutes from start to finish.
