What do I need to do to get in shape?
We teach that you need the following 5 components to have success in your health & fitness.
- Nutrition – use common sense!
- Supplementation – to fill in the gaps that your nutrition misses and provide convenience
70% of your results will come from #1 and #2 - Resistance Training – take care of the lean muscle and build your metabolism
- Cardio – strengthen your heart & lungs
- Coach – brings everything together while providing accountability & support
You could also add sleep, stress reduction and flexibility to the list but these are the top 5.
