Trainer Heeson’s Go-To Hamstring Move
Our move of the month, the Banded Monster Walk, is not only fun, but it’s one of Trainer Heeson’s favorite moves for hamstring and glute activation.

The Banded Monster Walk In Action!
Start by stepping both legs through the band and placing it right above your knees. Get into a quarter squat position, bending slightly at the hips and the knees and driving those knees out and into the band. Stay on your heels and keep your toes pointing straight ahead. Remain in that position, and start walking! Go forward, backward, to the left and right for 10-12 steps each way. Repeat for 2-3 sets of Banded Monster Walks and you’ll really be feeling this one.
