They say a picture is worth a 1000 words. This photo of Casey pretty much says it all.
Casey decided to do the 24 Day Challenge to support his fiancée, Amanda. He was 180 pounds, exercising regularly and eating right so he wasn’t expecting much for results.
As you can see by the picture he was blown away by his progress. He dropped 10 pounds of fat and didn’t lose a pound of muscle in the process. His body changed dramatically and he just flat out got ripped!
Casey switched to the sports performance line and is in the process of adding some muscle to his frame. I have been watching him progress and it is neat to see changes happen in such a short period of time.
Oh yeah and his fiancée Amanda that he was supporting – she got even better results than he did. She dropped 13 pounds of fat and 10% body fat. We took her measurements using two different devices, because I didn’t think it was physically possible to lose that much body fat in that short of time.
