Getting Started
Cathy was uncomfortable, exhausted, and embarrassed before she met with our trainers and lost body fat. “I became uncomfortable in my own body,” she told us. “I have never been overweight but I got to the point that I weighed more than I ever did 9 months pregnant. I was exhausted all the time. I couldn’t make it through the day without a nap. I had no energy for my girls, I was embarrassed.” Now, just five months later, Cathy has made some big changes, including a big drop in body fat.

Her Results: Down 12% Body Fat
In the last five months, Cathy has gone from deadlifting 95lbs to tackling nearly 200lbs, and she’s lost 12% of her total body fat. Her results are so impressive because her hard work has been so impressive. One the big changes Cathy made was to her diet.
“My diet has changed dramatically. For many years I always had coffee in the morning and no breakfast because the coffee filled me up. Now I rarely drink coffee, always have breakfast and have more energy than I ever had before. I drink a lot more water than I used to. I have become more self-aware of what foods are good for me and what to avoid. Being able to include my kids in this part of my lifestyle change has meant more to me than anything because I am teaching them lifelong lessons on how to be healthy.”
