Jordan gained 20lbs of muscle in just 8 weeks!
He was already working out 5-6 times a week when Jordan initially met with Trainer Jane to establish a fitness routine and discuss sports performance options. Just eight weeks later, Jordan has lost 15lbs of fat, dropped his body fat percentage by 6.8%, and gained 20lbs of muscle! He has worked hard over the last eight weeks but isn’t stopping now.
