Ashlee has lost over 35lbs of fat!
As a busy nurse working straight nights, Ashlee knew she needed some help to reach her health and fitness goals. When someone recommended Complete Fitness, she made the decision to give it her all and commit to a healthy lifestyle. Over five months, Ashlee learned to eat correctly and has been consistent about recording her eating habits. She works out with Trainer Travis and works out on her own at least twice a week; all of her hard work has paid off!
