Nicole has lost 20lbs and 20 inches!
Before she started at Complete Fitness, Nicole was “tired ALL the time and had no energy to do anything other than work.” Though she was intimidated by gyms in general, didn’t know where to start, or what her body needed nutritionally, Nicole began working with Trainer Jane. Now, just four months later, she has lost 7.5” off her waist alone and cut her body fat by 9%. She has dropped more than 20lbs of fat and gained 8lbs of muscle. Nicole says, “I have energy! I never thought I could see myself sticking with something, but I love it.” Nicole is still making progress! She has set new fitness goals and her husband has been coming to the gym with her, too.
