When Tony began at Complete Fitness, he was looking to gain energy, increase his strength, and tone his mid-section. He began training and quickly dropped 15lbs of fat and put on 4lbs of muscle. Since beginning with Trainer Travis, Tony has gone from 36% body fat down to just 29%. His energy levels have dramatically improved and he has consistently gained strength, which was a primary goal he set when he began training.
PERSONAL TRAINING: He trains twice weekly with Trainer Travis and works out on his own.
