Val worked hard on her weight loss goals: 33 lbs in 6 months!
Val wasn’t happy with her body image and wanted to keep up with her young daughter. “I wanted to be a better mom, more available to play.” She started at Complete Fitness, established weight loss goals, and has since lost 33lbs of fat, dropped 18 inches, and gained 6lbs of muscle! Val says the consequences of her hard work are apparent and her self-esteem has improved and translated into other areas of her life, like her job performance and health. “I get comments daily from people!” Great work, Val!
Val began with a free fitness consultation to go over her weight loss goals and discuss her fitness level. She has since started working out three times a week and being more conscious of her eating habits. Val knows how important it is to stay hydrated, and to make sure she’s getting a good ratio of carbs and proteins.
