Complete Fitness Trainer Jesse’s Move of the Month
“When they’re done properly, they’re a great core workout with many benefits.” Complete Fitness trainer Jesse is a big fan of loaded kettlebell goblet squats.

Check Your Form
Start by putting your feet slightly wider than shoulder width and turned out about 30 degrees. Keep your elbows in as you pull the kettlebell(s) close to your frame and above chest level. When you sink down into the squat, the Complete Fitness trainers want to remind you to keep your knees out, your elbows should be inside of your knees while you push through your heels, and keep your chest up. Remember to drive your elbows up as you come up from the squat. Form is key here, so if you have any questions, be sure to ask!

Looking to switch up your routine? Ask a Complete Fitness trainer about classes, which will include Yoga classes beginning early next month! Watch our Facebook page for more details and ask any staff member for more information.
