How To: Step-by-Step Instructions
Begin by grabbing two 5 to 10lb dumbbells, and lying on a flat bench. You’ll start with your dumbbells above your head, arms straight out and feet hanging straight. Drive the dumbbells forward, bringing your legs up and bringing the dumbbells to your shins. Return to your starting position and repeat.
