“It took Denise months to even come in the gym.”
Denise has a busy life. She’s married, has children who are busy in school and with sports, and stays active within her church. Like so many people, she thought there was no way she could find time to make it to the gym. On top of time being a factor, Denise didn’t have the motivation she wanted, either. “I knew I needed to lose weight, but I couldn’t motivate myself to exercise.”
Getting Started
Meanwhile, Denise’s husband was training and getting results here at Complete Fitness. “I knew I needed to take action to lose weight and feel better. My husband convinced me to attend a Saturday metabolic class while he had his one on one session. I signed up to be a member that day.” Denise had concerns about class schedules fitting her busy life, but she has no trouble booking her classes using our app. She mixes it up, attending a variety of classes twice a week.
Her Results: Strength + Weight Loss
Besides working out, Denise makes healthier choices, especially when it comes to staying hydrated and her nutrition. That combination helped her get results. “I’ve gone down one jeans size and I’ve lost inches in other areas. I’ve increased the weight of kettle bells and dumb bells I’m using during workouts.”
Trainer Travis is impressed with Denise’s hard work, too. “It took Denise months to even come into the gym. She’s come out of her comfort zone in a big way and really inspired us with her strength.”
