Prior coming to Complete Fitness Derek’s lifestyle and eating habits were terrible. He would be at the bar every weekend drinking and eating bar food. Instead of having meals prepped, he would go to the drive through for convenience.
Derek heard about Complete Fitness through a friend. After one workout, he knew that he wanted to make a lifestyle change. He committed that same day and has been hooked ever since!
Derek has now been training at Complete Fitness for 10 months rarely missing workouts. His consistency to training and watching his nutrition has helped him drop 14.4lbs of fat, add 3lbs of muscle, and lose 3.5 inches in his waist!
The bar scene along with the fast food has vanished. He understands the importance of nutrition as being a factor to success; he is now focused on meal prepping and planning.
Not only has Derek improved at the gym, but he also improved his lifestyle outside the gym as well. Derek’s journey is inspiring, and his friends and family have also noticed positive changes in his habits as well.
His favorite thing about Complete Fitness are the coaches and the other members. “The coaches have been awesome! They push me to limits I never thought I was capable of. They continue to encourage me to reach new goals.”
He accredits some of his success to his fellow training members at the gym as well. “Everyone seems to push each other during every session, and that is one thing I absolutely love about the group workouts.”
