To get started, stand straight, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Position your legs using a shoulder width stance and point your toes slightly out. Keep your head up and your back straight while slowly lowering your torso by bending at the knees. Raise your torso as you exhale by pushing the floor with the heel of your foot.
