- 4 Eggs
- 4 Slices Deli Ham
- 2 sliced Green Onions
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
- Additional toppings as desired
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a muffin tin, and spread one piece of ham out in the cups. Crack one egg into each piece of ham. Add salt and pepper to taste, and bake for 20 minutes. Egg cups should pop right out with a fork. Top with onion and cheese. The great thing about this recipe — besides how easy and quick it is — is that you can add your own veggies and seasonings to make it your own. Mushrooms, black olives, and even salsa would be great toppers to this morning protein-fix.
