Trainer Heeson’s Tricep Tips
“Skull crushers are beneficial for almost anyone and a great move for beginners.” Trainer Heeson recommends them for toning your triceps – as long as they’re done correctly. Here are our tips to make sure you’re doing your EZ Bar Skull Crushers safely.
Skull Crushers: How Tos
Lie on the bench and, using a close grip, lift the EZ bar with your palms facing your feet. Be sure to keep your arms perpendicular to the floor without locking your elbows. Your upper arms should remain stationary as you bend your elbows and lower the bar. Pause once the bar is directly above your forehead, then exhale while slowly lifting the bar back to the starting position.
