How To: Assisted Tricep Dip
Grip the handles underneath your shoulders with palms downward and elbows pointing back. Keep your elbows in at your sides in order to place emphasis on the triceps. Straighten your arms, and raise your body. Keep a little bend in your arms to keep tension on the tricep muscle. Slowly return to your starting position. Repeat.
