Living a busy life with a full schedule did not stop Deb from reaching out to Complete Fitness and inquiring about how to get fit over the age of 50. Deb was always on the go with her job, family, house work, but she knew that there was something missing to her daily routine.
Since starting the Fit Over 50 program at Complete Fitness, Deb has dropped 27lbs! Through proper nutrition and exercise Deb has noticed that her energy levels are much better than before. The results didn’t come over night; Deb works hard and gives it her all when she comes to the gym.
The Staff is Her Favorite Thing
