“I’ve been coming to Complete Fitness for almost a year now. Prior to joining, I was struggling to keep a consistent schedule, I gym hopped and never really found anything or anywhere that kept my interest.”
Chelsea admits that she wasn’t making the time to go to a gym and wasn’t making her health a priority. “I made a few changes in my life last year and deciding to consistently work out again was one of my priorities. ”
She met with a Complete Fitness coach and decided to get consistent about a fitness routine. Chelsea found the biggest benefits have been more energy and a better attitude. She learned a lot along the way and picked up a few healthy habits. “I have started journaling what I eat and I think that has put into perspective how many calories are in certain foods.”
