Looking to lose weight? So was Janice.
It’s been six months since we met Janice for the first time. Back then, she had some changes she wanted to make. “My metabolism was low; I had no energy and I felt discouraged when I’d see the opposite of a ‘perfect’ body,” Janice told us she wanted to lose weight and feel better about herself. It’s taken a lot of hard work, but now Janice is proud to say “I believe more in myself, I feel energized to continue working out. What I really love is all the motivation I get from the great staff here who push me to strive for success and help me meet my goals.” So how did she do it?
How She Did It
After beginning a training program here at Complete Fitness, Janice learned how to plan her meals in advance and she began looking forward to the classes she attends 2 to 3 times a week. She has learned how to eat, “I focus on the proteins, drink a lot of water, and prepare my meals in advance. You can eat delicious and healthy food without starving!” Now just six months later, Janice has lost a total of 21lbs and 17 inches.
“I’ve gained more self-confidence, and improved my self-esteem. Why didn’t I do this earlier? Do not give up; with discipline and perseverance you will see the results!”
Janice’s before and after pictures speak for themselves. She’s worked hard to achieve her goals, gain serious strength, and lose weight. She’s diligent about her workouts, understands how to eat now, and has a rockstar attitude in the gym. She’s such an inspiration and we’re proud of everything that’s accomplished.
