A Full Body Training Move
June’s Move of the Month is the Single Arm Reverse Lunge and Press. You’re getting a three in one deal on this exercise. The single-arm reverse lunge and press gives you a great shoulder, core and lower body workout; it’s perfect for those of us who love total body training.
How To Perform June’s Move Safely
Start by grabbing a dumbbell with your right hand, and holding it at your shoulder, palm facing in. Step backwards with your right foot and into a reverse lunge while pressing the dumbbell above your shoulder. Bring the dumbbell slowly back down and push yourself back into starting position. We recommend doing 3 sets of 12 reps on each side.
