Karen Lost 16 Lbs of Fat While Gaining 6 Lbs Of Lean Muscle In 6 Weeks!
Karen was already working out consistently before starting at Complete Fitness. She had hit a plateau and was looking to take things to the next level so she joined our 6 Week Challenge.
We helped Karen focus her workouts more on strength training and adding lean muscle rather than doing a bunch of cardio. Her body responded well and she has the results to prove it!
Her nutrition was not far off so we helped her make some adjustments to create an environment in her body where she built lean muscle and burned stored body fat for fuel. Karen lost just under 9 inches which is proof that focusing on fat loss rather than just looking at the scale is critical.
