22lbs Dropped in 8 Weeks!
Chad had tried to lose weight in the past, but had some eating habits that were hard to overcome and prevented him from seeing the success he was looking for. He and his co-workers started a program that began with the 24 Day Challenge. Just 8 weeks later, Chad had cut more than 15 inches and his body fat had gone from 30% down to 22%. He continues to work out with Trainer Travis and see improvements. Congrats, Chad!
How did Chad do it?
PERSONAL TRAINING: He trains twice weekly in a small group setting with Trainer Travis and does cardio on his own.
NUTRITION: Chad started out on our 24 day nutrition system combining common sense nutrition habits with nutrition supplements, and has focused on changing his eating habits and cutting down on junk food.
