“Unhealthy.” That’s how Jeff described himself. He admits that he just didn’t make time to workout before he became a member, met with our trainers, and they worked together to create a plan to help Jeff achieve his fitness goals. It’s a common excuse, but one that Jeff overcame with the help of his trainers and a dedicated, reliable workout buddy.
Once he got started, it didn’t take Jeff long to drop nearly 30 pounds and 9% body fat. “The key to Jeff’s success has been consistency, ” Trainer James explained. “He quit drinking socially, and wasn’t afraid to ask questions about the workouts, nutrition, and meal ideas. Jeff works really hard. He creates a fun environment in the workouts for every member, and leaves with a great attitude.”
Jeff’s Keys to Success
So how did he do it? Jeff’s plan includes a well-balanced diet. He worked hard to significantly cut sugar and empty carbs from his diet since consulting with his trainer. As Trainer James said, once Jeff became a member, consistency was key: in nutrition and in workouts. He came to Complete Fitness three times a week, and more if it was possible. He learned which AdvoCare products were best for him and his goals, and found a favorite in Rehydrate.
Today, 28 pounds lighter, Jeff says, “It is better to break a sweat and be sore than stuck in the same unhealthy routine.” Congratulations on your hard work, Jeff!
