Dropped 5% Body Fat
Karen is a fun inspiration to have here at Complete Fitness! Not only does she work full-time, but she’s a grandma, so her days are busy, but she manages to find time to make fitness a priority. When she began, she knew that strength training was a major component her workouts were missing. In only 8 weeks later, Karen lost more than 7lbs and her body fat had dropped by 5%. She continues to work out with Trainer Travis and does a great job of doing cardio on her off days. Congratulations, Karen!
