Mike and Christy came in looking to take their health and fitness to the next level.
They had been doing cardio and eating healthy but they were frustrated with their results.
They sat down with Coach Travis and he helped them put a plan together. He had them do a few things right away.
- Increased their calories while focusing on quality and more protein
- Focus on strength training while doing LESS cardio
- Added a few simple supplements to help fill in any gaps that was missing in their nutrition
The results have been amazing! Mike has dropped 4% body fat and 13 pounds of fat while increasing his lean muscle in only 5 weeks. His energy is up, he’s stronger and more healthy and fit overall.
Christy dropped 5% body fat and gained 3 pounds of lean muscle. Her energy is up, she’s stronger and has lost inches off her waist.
They are doing incredible and well on their way to not only reaching their goals but following this plan they will maintain them for life!
