One Strong Mama: Tara’s Six Week Success
“I pretty much jumped from one gym to the next trying every new fad workout or diet.” Tara’s been a part of Complete Fitness for four years and works out 2 to 3 times each week, but that wasn’t always the case. There was a time when this busy mom would jump from program to program. “I’d get bored with things. I’d try something new and after so long find out it wasn’t for me. Then I’d try to find something else new to do whether it be with workouts, gyms or diets.”
Tara’s Big Decision
What finally brought Tara out of her cycle of joining and quitting fitness regimes was simple. “I had heard about Advocare and I wasn’t sure what it was so I did some research. It finally brought me to Complete Fitness. I decided that if I wanted to look like the pros I’d have to do what they do. And I signed up with Complete Fitness and Advocare the next day.” Today, four years later, Tara’s consistency is more than motivational and her results speak for themselves.
Recent Results and Challenges
After four years of working out being a smiling face here at the gym, Tara’s still going strong. Recently, she pushed herself by joining our 2017 New Year, New You Challenge. Just in the last 6 weeks, she cut 3 inches, dropped her body fat percentage, and gained almost 4 pounds of muscle. “[I have] increased energy; I’ve lost inches, maintained muscle and a healthy weight throughout my last pregnancy. What I’ve noticed the most since coming to Complete Fitness is how much more strong I’ve gotten physically and mentally.” Congratulations, Tara!
