Row Machine: Getting Started
To begin, bring your knees up and slide to the top of the machine. Grab the handle using an overhand grip, keep your core tight, sit tall, and pull the handle with you as you slide to the end of the machine. Your legs should be straight, but with a slight bend at the knee. Next, lean back slightly and pull your hands up to your chest. Coach James challenges you to try this exercise as an intense finisher to your regular workout by rowing 500 meters as fast as possible! Keep track of your time, and always try to beat your previous best!
