According to USA TODAY, the 2013 Sleep in America Poll finds that people who exercise sleep better and feel more rested than those who don’t, regardless of the time of day they exercise. It also finds individuals who exercise within four hours of hitting the hay actually sleep just as well as those who got their workouts in during the morning and early afternoon.
