It’s easy to tell yourself you’re too busy to make fitness a priority, but Tom decided enough was enough. “[I was] telling myself I didn’t have the time, but I was finally tired of feeling like crap all day everyday”
But now the numbers speak for themselves. In the first 4 weeks he dropped 3% body fat and he didn’t slow down. A year later, Tom is down 25 pounds, over 10% body fat, and has set big goals for this year, too.
“Year two is going to be the year of building more muscle and leaning out. By summer time I would like to complete a 5k and 10k. I know I couldn’t find a better gym to join.
