Ingredients
- 1 Large Head Broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups Bell Peppers
- 2 cups (1 Small) Red Potato
- 9 oz Sausage
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3/4 lb Green Beans
- 1 tbsp Oregano, Dried
- 1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
- 6 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
One Pan Sausage and Veggie Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a large cookie sheet with foil to make clean up quick and easy. Chop the red potatoes (the recipe warns to slice them pretty small so they’ll cook well), trim the green beans, chop the broccoli, chop the peppers into thick squares, and coin the sausage into thick slices. Put all the veggies and sausage on your tin foiled sheet.
Pour the olive oil and all the spices over the veggies and sausage. Toss to evenly coat all the veggies and meat. Bake 15 minutes, remove from the oven and flip everything around. Pop it back into the oven and bake it all for another 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender and the sausage is browned. If desired, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the veggies and sausage as soon as they come out of the oven. Pair it with quinoa and some parsley if desired.
