Protein Pancakes: A Fall Favorite!
The kids go back to school, the weather cools down, and we all crave comfort food. This recipe is perfect for those busy mornings when you want something filling and quick. Protein pancakes are a favorite of ours – and they’re easy to customize with your favorite add ins, like yogurt, nuts, and fruit.
- 2 egg whites
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup water (if needed)
- 1 pouch Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
- Cooking Spray
To start, beat your two egg whites in a medium sized bowl, adding the ripe banana. Combine them until they have a smooth consistency. In a separate bowl, combine your vanilla meal replacement shake and baking powder. Once combined, toss your dry ingredients in with your egg and banana mixture. Stir until mixed thoroughly. Spray a pan on medium heat with cooking spray and flip when browned. Serve with fruit, nuts, or yogurt.
