“I probably hadn’t worked out in a year.”
Before Jon and Jackie decided to make fitness a priority, Jon admits he wasn’t very active.
“I work at a desk job during the week that does not allow for a lot of activity during the day, “Jon says. “I didn’t watch what I ate, and never really cared to think about changing what I was eating.”
Jon and Jackie sat down with Coach James before starting their fat loss transformation. “Jon and Jackie came in for a gym membership, but immediately saw the value in training, and the accountability that our coaches bring, “Coach James explains. “They worked hard and their results prove it.”
It didn’t take long for those results to be evident. In just 30 days they lost a total of 25 pounds of fat by changing just a few simple things.
“I count calories, don’t drink near as much Mt. Dew (usually only 1 a day instead of 3 or more), I meal prep every Sunday for the Monday thru Friday work week. I eat more protein and protein that is not high in fat. I eat vegetables (things I forgot existed),” Jon told us.
Jackie dropped 10 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds of lean muscle. Jon’s results are impressive, too. He’s down nearly 15 pounds of body fat and up 6.5 pounds of muscle! Both Jon and Jackie cut their body fat by more than 5% over 30 days during their fat loss transformation.
“Don’t let time be your excuse; it is worth the time! Eat, think, and live healthy outside the gym as well!” Jon said.
