Post-surgery, Rose Made Big Changes
Rose found that her limited mobility resulted in some weight gain after she had foot surgery. “I was unable to do much activity as my foot was still not moving well.” That was the catalyst she needed to get her started on a program here at Complete Fitness. It didn’t take long for Rose to regain full range of motion. She now says, “There is not much I can’t do as I have full range of motion back.” And the benefits don’t stop there. “I’ve also been able to get off permanent blood thinners, along with a loss of 18 pounds and 10% body fat.”
Nutrition and Success
Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. Aside from working out 3-5 times a week, Rose is more knowledgeable about nutrition. Rose is proud to say she’s learned a great deal about nutrition since she began her training program. “I try to avoid anything processed or preserved,” Rose explained. “These foods, plus alcohol, just aren’t worth it to me.” She also fills in the blanks in her nutrition with her favorite AdvoCare products. “Spark, Meal Replacement Shakes, and Nighttime Recovery are the ones I like the most as a feel the affects of them. I also use MNS3, OmegaPlex, Catalyst, and Cleanse.”
Dropped Dress Sizes and More!
Not only has Rose dropped dress sizes (three!), but she’s lost 18 pounds, and over 10% body fat. Consequently, Rose would encourage anyone considering training at Complete Fitness to get started. “It doesn’t matter your age, abilities, or goals. It can fit into your level of fitness needs. I have way more energy, muscle definition, and strength. I finally fit into clothes I love. The coaches and members feel like family I look forward to seeing.” Congratulations, Rose!
