“I’m doing everything right, but still not seeing results!”
9 times out of 10 when I hear someone say that they are frustrated and not seeing the results they think they should, it’s a nutrition issue.

Simply write down everything you eat or drink for the next 3 days. Here are 3 reasons why:
- It creates awareness – you need to be CERTAIN that what you are putting in your body will lead you to your health & fitness goals. Logging your food creates instant accountability to keep you on track.
- It uncovers blindspots – that extra glass of wine (or two), that handful of nuts or those chips before your meal adds up over time. Writing it down will uncover any blindspots that are going on with your nutrition.
- It allows you to make changes – you can’t fix it if you don’t know what’s broken. The 3 day food log will help you make any necessary changes to get you back on track.
