Prior coming to Complete Fitness, Pam was not on a set exercise or nutrition program. She came in knowing that she needed a change in all aspects of her life. She was noticing that what she was doing was not producing any results. With the help of her coach, Pam slowly started to realize that her road to success doesn’t change overnight. She started to implement healthy habits to help her achieve what she was finally looking for.
Pam has dropped 16lbs, down 6% body fat, and lost 10 inches overall!
Pam’s journey has inspired many including her daughter Jessica, who is also starting her own transformation story. They hold each other accountable, support each other, and have recently ran a 5k together!
