Trainer Travis is a big fan of the chest supported row. It’s important to perform this trainer recommended exercise safely, and with appropriate weights.

The Chest Supported Row
To get started, With a neutral grip, take a couple dumbbells and lie chest down on an adjustable bench set to a low incline. Let the dumbbells hang from your shoulders, your palms facing each other. Without moving your torso, retract your shoulder blades, bend your elbows and pull the weights to your sides Pause, lower the weights, and repeat. Our trainer recommended 8-10 reps.
