Diana’s Training Success
Six years ago, Diana lost 70lbs, was working out 4-6 times a week, feeling sore all the time, but not seeing results. She decided to take action and came to Complete Fitness one year ago and began personal training. She now works out less than she was, has lost 20lbs, gained definition, and went from a size 6/8 to a size 0/2!
