TRX Tricep Extensions: How-To
To get started, hang the TRX cables so the handles hang down to just above your waist. Grab the handles with your palms facing down. Keep your body in a straight line, lean forward so that your body is at a 50-degree angle to the floor. Let your hands in so that they’re directly over your shoulders. Extend your arms out and upwards, and repeat this motion for the preset number of reps.
