Here are the key questions you should ask to determine if the gyms you are investigating have a procedure for a balanced workout program:
-Does this gym design programs based on using all seven movements of the human body (squat, push, pull, bend, lunge, balance, twist), and do they ensure that the programs designed are balanced with these movement patterns? Hint: If they have you sit on fixed equipment, you are not working the body the way it should be.
– Are their programs balanced and functional? Is there a room full of equipment to sit on or do they design their programs based on functional exercises?
